Al-dough Loki has some minor points, the sometimes childish script, childish humor, and, al dough the TVA in Loki was invented in in the comic Thor, is has a remarkably rip-off feeling of the Umbrella Academy, what was invented 1,5 decades after.
I believe the success of the time agency was to great to ignore. So to conclude, beside all negatives, it is a very entertaining series. Good balance between story and action, good effects, acting, directing. So not a top notch script, but well worth your while.
