The parent's 'My Family Lounge account' was created using an incorrect email address. Log onto QikKids. Enter the old email address into the contacts tab. Create a fake contact with a First name, Surname and the new email address. Wait approx 1 hour for QikKids and Enrol to sync. Log onto Enrol, go to Settings then Families tab. The parent will now register their account and gain access with the correct email.
